The Ideas Management (suggestion system) module of the TREVIOS Ideas Management software reproduces your ideas process in its entirety – we match our software to your existing process. All the tasks required to process an idea will be carried out from within the software by the staff responsible. Staff can record their ideas simply, intuitively and comfortably. Ideas can be evaluated and reviewed, and their implementation monitored – in 110% conformity with the requirements of your works agreement. All the people involved in the ideas management system are supported and kept informed in a transparent way by the software. The modules TREVIOS CIP Workshop, TREVIOS 8D / Complaints and TREVIOS Innovation Management, moreover, allow “managed ideas” to be integrated from CIP workshops, from complaints in the customer / supplier process and innovation ideas from your innovation management, or from your customers (open innovation).

Simply record an idea

TREVIOS masks are adapted to the forms you have in your company and are tailored to your requirements. The users receive help where they need it (online help plus search function, information points in the forms, system information on the available functions, through to multilingual video support). The masks are designed to be user-specific, making the system easy to understand and simple to handle.

     

Transparency in the ideas process

So that at any time you can stay informed about the current processing stage (status) of an idea, information about the idea is available via the “History” tab. Thus it is clear (from the date) when a specific function has been carried out by a particular person.

The processing stages of an idea

The TREVIOS Ideas Management software enables your existing ideas management process to be fully reproduced (e.g. in accordance with your works agreement). The processing of the idea occurs in processing stages (status). The people involved are assigned duties within the process (e.g. as an evaluator or implementer). Parallel to the idea being processed in the software, e-mails are forwarded to the processors (supervisors, evaluators, implementers, etc.).

Deadlines and reminders

The deadlines set by the ideas manager (suggestion system manager) regarding the processing are monitored by the software. Various reminder stages (escalations) can be installed. A reminder system then undertakes the automatic sending of the reminders by e-mail. The current status of your reminders can be controlled within the TREVIOS software by means of the “Red Light” function.

Rewards

With reward systems, all current forms of incentive schemes are supported, right down to the management of points accounts. Interfaces to the current shop systems are also available.

Microsoft© SharePoint integration

Microsoft SharePoint (Microsoft SharePoint Server©) is the leading platform for web-based collaboration in companies. With the TREVIOS integration in the SharePoint environment of your company, you will create a single point of entry for your ideas and innovation management. Parts of the TREVIOS Ideas Management software are thus available in the SharePoint environment as Web Parts and list views.

TREVIOS CIP Workshop – managed ideas – 110% integrated

Besides improvements that can originate in the context of the employee ideas system, ideas can also be developed in moderated groups. This task is handled within the TREVIOS software by the CIP Workshop module. TREVIOS Complaints / 8D – 110% integrated

The 8D process stands for the eight obligatory “disciplines” or procedural steps that are required to process a complaint. The type of complaint, the responsibilities and the actions involved in correcting the defect are documented in the 8D report.

TREVIOS 8D software provides total support with the entire 8D process. All the relevant information (immediate action, responsibilities, etc.) can be captured and the processing via the team is controlled in the workflow by the software. TREVIOS Innovation Management – innovations – 110% integrated

Innovations often go through a process that is independent of the ideas management system. Interfaces enable real innovations to be forwarded to the TREVIOS Innovation Management module. Here they are dealt with in a separate innovation process.
